We would also like to remind our residents that the Town Council has opted to hold a public vote on a current Cannabis Retail law. On this referendum residents can vote “Yes” or “No” on allowing or disallowing cannabis retailers to operate in the Town of Geddes (Village of Solvay is excluded).
Please pay close attention to the language of the proposition, as it is stating “prohibit”.
If you vote “Yes” – this means you DO NOT wish to see cannabis retailers open in the Town of Geddes.
If you vote “No” – this means you DO wish to see cannabis retailers open in the Town of Geddes.
