located in Syracuse, NY. Susan has over 25 years of expertise in network engineering, both as
a technician and managerial role. At Advanced IT, our team of professional and proficient
technicians can handle any and all IT needs including, but not limited to, technical support, VoIP
& telecommunications, cabling, data backup and recovery. We pride ourselves on being
available to provide our customers with after-hours support during the week and on call
