On Monday March 27, 2017 two individuals were arrested and charged in association with the numerous larcenies from vehicles that have occurred in Geddes over the past several months. As a result of a joint effort between the Geddes Police Department and the Camillus Police Department Gabriel Rich from Montrose Ave. and Tykeese Breland from Court St. were charged with numerous counts of larceny and attempted larceny.
I would like to thank all the members of the Geddes Police Department that helped with this investigation with special recognition going out to Det. Mike Borell and Ofc. Adam Lustrinelli. I would also like to recognize the residents of Geddes who stepped up and provided our department with video footage of the suspects from their home surveillance cameras. This was a great help in putting our cases together and identifying the suspects.
Also, the Geddes Police Department recently closed a burglary that occurred on Lakeside Rd. in Lakeland with an arrest.
