Check out the newly launched website for our Comprehensive Plan! This is an initiative to partner the Town of Geddes and Village of Solvay to create its first intermunicipal Comprehensive Plan to guide future policy and capital investments in the Lakeland – Solvay – Westvale communities.
The result of these efforts will contribute to a forward looking “master plan” for the Town of Geddes and Village of Solvay with a particular emphasis on creating incentives for businesses of appropriate size and scale. The goal would be to build the local employment base and increase tax revenue, while at the same time maintaining the Town’s fiscal resources.
