Over the past year the digital divide within our Central New York community has become more apparent than ever. The Central New York Regional Planning and Development Board (CNY RPDB), along with Cayuga, Cortland, Onondaga and Oswego counties, is working to identify these gaps, both in terms of physical infrastructure and adoption. To assist us, we are looking to our local municipalities to help promote our efforts.
