NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

TOWN OF GEDDES. NOTICE IS

HEREBY GIVEN that at a special

meeting of the Town Board of the Town

of Geddes scheduled for July 27, 2021

at the Town Hall located at 1000 Woods Rd,

Solvay, NY a Public hearing will be held commencing

at 6:00 PM or as soon thereafter as the matter

can be heard with respect to consider a Local Law

to opt out of the licensed sale of cannabis in the

Town of Geddes. Written comments can be made to the

Town of Geddes Town Clerk, 1000 Woods Rd,

Solvay, NY 13209 prior to or at the hearing.
